The X-Tap is a cable that connects your case's 10-pin front audio jack to the proprietary I/O port on your Sound Blaster Audigy or X-Fi card, allowing the use of your front microphone and headphone jacks without the need for any soldering or pass-through cables! Please verify that your card has the small 10-pin connector before purchasing, as there are several editions that do not have this connector.

The X-Tap is very easy to install! It simply plugs into your sound card and case (all the connectors are keyed so you can only insert them the correct way). Please read details in the instruction manual.

The cable is made of high-fidelity copper wire and professionally assembled. The case connector follows the ATX standard for front audio. Cable is approx. 1 foot long.
